What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
1. Assist in the layout design of analog IP circuits under the guidance of senior engineers and participate in the development flow from initial design to final tape-out.
2. Support the team in handling basic analog module layouts such as Bandgap, ADC/DAC, LNA, PLL, DCDC, LDO, etc.
3. Collaborate with circuit design and senior layout engineers to understand layout requirements and ensure basic circuit performance optimization.
What You'll Bring (Qualifications)
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic Engineering or related disciplines.
2. New graduate or 1-2 years of working experience or internship in analog layout design.
3. Basic knowledge of Linux systems and layout design & verification tools such as Virtuoso, PVS, and Calibre is preferred.
4. Fundamental knowledge of semiconductor theory and an understanding of common circuit topologies.
5. Strong willingness to learn layout floor planning, parasitic optimization, matching rules, and noise interference control.
6. Good communication and learning abilities, proactive, and with a strong sense of responsibility.
7. Basic written English communication skills; fluent oral English is preferred.

1. Take charge of the layout of analog and mixed-signal circuits, from block level to full-chip integration.
2. Develop and implement layout strategies to optimize performance, area, and power.
3. Perform physical verification checks (DRC, LVS, antenna) and work with design engineers to resolve any issues.
4. Create and maintain clear, high-quality layout documentation.
5. Collaborate closely with design engineers, CAD engineers, and other members of the layout team in a global environment.
What You'll Bring (Qualifications)
1. A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum3 years of hands-on experience in analog or mixed-signal IC layout.
3. Proven experience with deep sub-micron CMOS processes is a strong plus.
4. Expertise in high-speed and high-frequency layout techniques preferred.
5. Proficiency with industry-standard tools like Cadence Virtuoso and Mentor Graphics Calibre.
6. A strong understanding of analog layout concepts such as matching, noise, and power integrity.
7. Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Tcl, SKILL) is a strong plus.
8. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

1. Design and simulate high-performance analog/mixed-signal circuit blocks such as data converters (ADC/DAC), amplifiers, LDOs, and PLLs.
2. Take ownership of the design from architectural definition and transistor-level design through to layout supervision and post-layout verification.
3. Create detailed design and verification documentation.
4. Collaborate with layout, verification, and system engineers to ensure robust and successful product delivery.
5. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to design reviews.
6. Participate in the evaluation and characterization of fabricated silicon in the lab.
What You'll Bring (Qualifications)
1. A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design.
3. Proven experience with deep sub-micron CMOS processes.
4. Proficiency with industry-standard design and simulation tools (e.g., Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre).
5. Solid understanding of analog design fundamentals, including device physics, noise, and matching.
6. Experience in supervising IC layout and interpreting post-layout simulation results.
7. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
