Location: Istanbul
We are seeking a versatile Analog/RF Integrated Circuit Designer to join our growing IC team in Istanbul.
Responsibilities:
1. Analog IC Design
2. High Frequency RF Design, MMIC Design
3. Transistor level circuit design, layout, and simulation
4. Top-level physical verification and floorplanning
5. System and block-level understanding of RF and communication applications
6. Product Definition, specification review, feasibility, and architecture choice
7. Support post-silicon validation activities
8. Use of CAD tools for design and modeling
Qualifications:
1. Electrical/Electronic Engineer with a BS degree and 3+ years of experience, MS degree and 2+ years of experience, or a PHD degree and 1+ years of experience in CMOS/BiCMOS/GaAs technologies.
2. Profound understanding of RF and Analog IC design methodologies.
3. Experience with EDA tools such as Cadence, ADS, CST, EMPro, EMX.
4. Proficiency in using CAD tools in the design process.
5. Knowledge and experience with 3D EM Modeling and Simulation is a plus.
6. Experience on 10+ GHz IC Development is a plus.
7. Experience with automotive focused IC development is a plus.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
9. PhD degree is highly preferable.
